This journey breaks down each pose to a better degree of understanding to not only help you get the most of out each twist but to help maximize the use of the breath.  Classes are typically 20-60 minutes & are lighter on the body.

This journey moves you through classes averaging 30-60 minutes, with a few postures that teach the Intermediate Student how to approach future Advanced Classes.   Get ready to strengthen your entire existence.

Get ready for the journey of your life.  Classes ranging from 45-90 Minutes consisting of Advanced Balances, Mind Opening Yin, Deep Meditation Breathing Techniques, Lung Expanding Cardio & Soul Strengthening Postures.

Beginner level is for anybody and everybody that wants to learn about yoga. If you’re just getting started with yoga we welcome you to our beginner level, if you're advanced looking to strengthen your basics, this practice can definitely do so. Each week experience mind opening practices; these classes are challenging yet forgiving. .  Learn from various teachers located in different parts of the world as their shared wisdom help you relieve stress and detox your entire body.

Enlighten Your EXISTENCE . . .

Intermediate Level is meant to challenge your balance, strength, and flexibility by combining basic postures with simple movements and flow. These sequences introduce a series of postures not seen in the beginner level practice and will begin to progress you toward the advance levels of yoga. You'll be challenged to intermediate postures that will get your heart beating.  Breathing Techniques are also a part of this program. Be careful as you dive into these, some may be harder than you think.

Advanced


rejuvenate Your EXISTENCE . . .

This Advanced Level journey consist of advance classes that include postures and movements that will make you concentrate on your breathing like nothing before.  Prepare to improve yourself not only physically, but mentally. Please remember to take these classes seriously and honor what your feeling inside each pose.  Having a stable foundation is key to keeping yourself from getting injured.  Faced paced movements, steady chi, arm balances, deep breathing techniques, meditation and more will enlighten your human to a new level of understanding yoga.
