Intermediate Level is meant to challenge your balance, strength, and flexibility by combining basic postures with simple movements and flow. These sequences introduce a series of postures not seen in the beginner level practice and will begin to progress you toward the advance levels of yoga. You'll be challenged to intermediate postures that will get your heart beating.  Breathing Techniques are also a part of this program. Be careful as you dive into these, some may be harder than you think.
