After completing our first 108-days of strictly yoga, I had a completely different outlook of the practice. With the combination of heated fluid movements and long deep stretches, we were able to open up not only our bodies but our minds to a degree we never thought possible.
From the moment we felt the sense of healing within ourselves, an overwhelming sensation came over us to share this profound practice with friends, family, and the entire world.
Sharing attributes that help others better themselves has been rooted into us throughout our journey of life.
